My name is Samantha Barb, and while I’m still in my 20s, I do know a lot about finance and investing. I’m not a savvy day trader and I don’t lecture on complicated investment theory, but I do have the basics down.

I’ve always been interested in investing. If first starting buying stocks when I was in college. Unfortunately, I had to sell all my shares to buy textbooks. I have a dual Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance and I now spend my time, investing, learning about invest (I love a good investment book), writing, and dabbling in various hobbies.

I believe that there is always room to learn. I’ve read countless books on stocks, bonds, mutual funds, financial planning, and other finance topics and I am far from being an expert on any one thing. I struggled to get started. While I continue to learn, I decided to start this website so that I could help other beginners. I hope to help anyone who is starting at the bottom, no matter how old or young you are.
